• If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, your account may be closed at any time.

3 Age Verification

To join 399bei, you must be at least 18 years years old. The use of gaming services by minors is strictly prohibited.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

• The user wishes to close their own account.

If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure and no rules have been violated, the balance will be returned to your registered payment method. However, if the account is closed due to a violation or ban, the balance may not be refunded.

10 Responsible Gaming

In disputes regarding technical game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive record. Screenshots or local recordings will not be accepted as evidence against server logs.

13 Terms & Conditions Update
